Current production status

Video generation remains unavailable unless the generator shows the Kling 3 capability as active. Template previews are static reference images and do not represent generated output.

When that capability is active, EvoLink processes Kling 3 video-generation requests. A provider or model configured in source code or a future plan is not, by itself, a statement of availability.

When generation is enabled

The generator shows only choices that are actually available to the user, together with the applicable capability, input types, limits, provider terms, and data-processing details.

Data sent for a request

To process an active Kling 3 request, EvoLink may receive the prompt, user-selected image or reference material, and technical settings needed to generate the video. Provider handling is subject to the applicable provider terms.

Quality and rights

Generated output can vary and must be reviewed before use. You are responsible for having rights to submitted material and for complying with applicable law and provider terms.

Safety

Requests are subject to the Content Policy and may be blocked, reviewed, or refused. Safety enforcement and appeal routes are described in that policy.
